Housing Program Manager
Residential Youth Services & Empowerment (RYSE), a community-based organization, seeks a Program Manager of Housing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quality assurance, data collection, grant compliance, and overseeing supervisory and administrative operations. The Program Manager of Housing will further the agency’s mission of providing a continuum of support that empowers Hawaii’s street youth to move beyond homelessness. RYSE envisions a community where there is no youth homelessness.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in case management with youth and families experiencing housing insecurity. Educational requirements are a master’s degree from a four-year university in social sciences, criminal justice, or related field or a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience with target population. A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience which must include assigning work, guiding staff, and participating in employment decisions. Knowledge of government issued housing vouchers, coordinated entry system, and the Homeless Management Information System highly preferred.

Salary: $63,000 – $70,000 /year
