Dawson completed the YouthBuild program in Waimanalo during his stay on the RYSE campus and celebrated his graduation with his RYSE family. Now, as an Outreach Lead, Dawson is responsible for providing street outreach and survival assistance to runaway, homeless, and street-identified youth on the island of Oahu. He works as part of a team within the RYSE Organization, referring youth to essential resources, advocating for their needs, and developing community awareness.
